HOUSE RULES

1. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building. A contractual penalty of 1000 EUR will be applied in case of violation.

2. Waste Disposal

Please dispose of waste in the courtyard trash container marked ‘Apeki ehitus’.

3. Quiet Hours and Night Peace

Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 07:00. During the summer period, quiet hours apply from 00:00 to 07:00. Please avoid excessive noise and ensure a peaceful rest for all guests.

4. Careful Use of Property

Guests are required to use the accommodation property responsibly. Any damage caused must be compensated according to the extent of the damage.

5. Number of Guests

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Hosting additional persons without prior agreement is not permitted.

6. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

7. Fire Safety

Please comply with all applicable fire safety regulations.

8. Use of the Barrel Sauna

Use of the barrel sauna on your own initiative is not permitted. It is an additional service and may only be used by prior agreement with the host.

9. Check-out

Please vacate the accommodation at the agreed time. A late departure fee may apply.

10. Use of Towels

When going to the beach or spa, please use the towels provided for sauna use.

11. Narcotic Substances

The use, possession, distribution, or other handling of narcotic and psychotropic substances on the premises is strictly prohibited. A contractual penalty of 2000 EUR will be applied in case of violation, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
