HOUSE RULES

1. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 4:PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
• Early or late arrivals/departures must be arranged in advance.

2. Accommodation and property

• Accommodation is intended for a maximum of 7 guests.
• The hot tub and sauna are for registered guests only.
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Summer time 00:00- 7:AM

3. Hot tub and sauna use

• Please follow safety rules:
  • Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult.
  • Do not jump into the hot tub or use glass containers near the tub or sauna.
• Please close the cover and leave the area tidy after use.

4. Smoking and fire safety

• Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the terrace.

5. Pets

• Pets not allowed.

6. Damages and losses

• Please report any damage or malfunction immediately.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused and undertakes to compensate for any damage.

7. General

• Please keep the premises clean and respect the next guests.
• The host reserves the right to terminate the stay if house rules are severely violated.
